Our team has over 40 years of combined real estate experience, and is totally focused on providing exceptional customer service. Customer satisfaction is the bare minimum for staying in business and although many realtors say the same thing, we really walk the talk. It's our passion. Our goal is to provide the highest level of real estate service in our area and, based upon the referrals we get from happy clients, we are quite confident we do just that. 

Dwight Streu is married to Roxanne and has 3 daughters, Courtney 14, Haley 12 and Sydney 10. They are true devotees of the Edmonton area and active in their local church and their children's school. Together they enjoy biking along miles of scenic River Valley trails. They also enjoy boating at local area lakes in summer, and skating and snow skiing in winter. Dwight believes strongly that by helping people buy homes in the Edmonton area, he is also selling a lifestyle that is difficult to beat. 

Dwight is a native Edmontonian and has been licensed as a Realtor since 1987. Dwight’s major emphasis is listing property, showing his listings, marketing, and working with sellers and referral clients. He is thorough and detail oriented, effortlessly negotiating his way through complicated and intimidating contracts, ensuring conformance with any and all Alberta statutory disclosure requirements, helping you arrange for building inspections and anything else that should be done to ensure a smooth and successful escrow and closing. The real estate industry has changed dramatically since 1987, but the cornerstones of Dwight’s business remain the same . . . integrity, hard work and commitment to our clients.  

Shelley is originally from Calgary but has lived in Edmonton for 6 years and is proud to call herself an Edmontonian . Shelley genuinely enjoys working with our Clients, is hard-working and sincere. Her goal is to ensure that our Clients receive unwavering attention, and the best quality client service in the real estate industry. 

Shelley's responsibilities include following up on agent showings, creating marketing documents, monitoring internet inquiries, and keeping their Clients informed with every step of the home buying and or selling process.
 

From contract to closing, Tracy Park handles the mountains of paperwork involved in the purchase and/or sale of a property including submitting the necessary closing documents to the lawyers. Tracy makes sure the T’s are crossed and the I’s dotted during every phase of the transaction.

We are not only experts in the real estate market and trends; the current value of properties and the ins-and-outs of the legal elements of buying and selling homes, we are active community members in the Edmonton area. We live here and can attest to the great quality of life available. We wouldn't want to live anywhere else. Although we have provided you with the generic highlights of the locale on this site, when we are choosing areas in which you'd like to live, we can tell you everything you may want to know about the community-from where to find a good restaurant in the area; to the best stocked video rental stores; and even where the nicest local parks are. 

Dwight feels that life in Edmonton has much to recommend it, and emphasizes the local restaurants he and his family enjoy, like Chili's Texas Grill, Joey Tomatoes, Earls and Montana's. They also take advantage of the lovely Rundle and Hawrelak Parks, the River Valley and walks in the Mill Creek Ravine. When you include the outdoor Mill Creek Pool in the summer, West Edmonton Mall's Water Park in the winter and walks thru Old Strathcona with its quaint stores, coffee shops, and bistros, Dwight is just plain high on the area.

Community Involvement

You already know that we are members of your new community, but it does not stop there. Our company pitches in by lending our moving truck to schools, churches and community centers. Also, we are giving a contribution to the Realtors Association Charitable Foundation. We also support the Kids Help Line and the Edmonton Food Bank. We believe that this is the best way to ensure that Edmonton continues to thrive and to give something back to our community. 

After Sale Service

We have faced moving ourselves and know how many details can go wrong or make the process frustrating. To ease your transition, we offer free moving boxes and the use of our moving truck at no cost. In fact, you may continue to use our truck at any time when a special need arises! Always feel free to call us with questions about your community; the attractions, how to get around, where to find services...anything at all at any time in the future. Our relationshop does not end with closing the sale.
