INTRODUCING OUR RAVING FANS APPRECIATION PROGRAM! 

Nothing means more to our real estate team than when we receive a referral. Not only is it the backbone of our business and allows us to do what we love to do every day, but we also love having the opportunity to help your family/ friends buy or sell a home! We wanted to think of a way to thank everyone who refers us to a client, so we put our heads together and came up with our Raving Fans Appreciation Program!

WHO DO WE CONSIDER A RAVING FAN?

A Raving Fan is someone who has introduced us to or sent us the information for someone who is looking to buy or sell a home in the next 3-6 months.

INCLUDED IN THE RAVING FANS CLUB:

Once a month you will receive a custom box on your front door – keep an eye out for it! Inside the box, you will receive a gift. We will make it fun each month, and there will even be opportunities to guess what it is.

So how does this work? For every introduction that we receive from you, you will be subscribed to our Raving Fan Appreciation Program! If you send us two introductions, that means you have 2 rounds in the program: 3 introductions, 3 rounds, etc. Again, we are trying to REALLY give back and show our heartfelt thanks and appreciation to those who truly support us by introducing us to their friends and family.

We REALLY appreciate it when so many of you tell us that you gave our information to someone, but often, we never hear from them. We have found that people lose this information, or are so busy that they don't have time to call. So we defined an introduction as sending us the contact information for someone that is looking to buy or sell a home in the next 6-12 months. The best thing to do is to tell your friend, family member, or co-worker that we will be reaching out to them to give them some free information about buying or selling a home. People love it because we are coming from a place of contribution & providing value. We will be sending them some tips about getting their home ready to sell and/ or home buying information. Another way for it to count as an introduction is if you send us and your friend an email with everyone’s contact information and a quick introduction. Don’t worry, we are NOT pushy or in their face.
