As we approach the end of another busy year, we are reminded how grateful we are for ALL the many supporters of our team. Our business survives on our clients and friends referring us to those they know looking to buy or sell a home. As a team, we put our heads together and said we HAVE to give back to those who give so much to us! So we created an EXCLUSIVE program for the Raving Fans of the Dwight Streu Team!


A Raving Fan is someone who has introduced us to or sent us the information for someone who is looking to buy or sell a home.


Once a month you will receive a custom box on your front door – keep an eye out for it! Inside the box, you will receive a gift. We will make it fun each month, and there will even be opportunities to guess what it is.

So how does this work? For every introduction that we receive from you, you will be subscribed to our Raving Fan Appreciation Program for 6 months! If you send us two introductions, that means you have a year in the program: 3 introductions, 1.5 years, 4 introductions, 2 years, etc. Again, we are trying to REALLY give back and show our heartfelt thanks and appreciation to those who truly support us by introducing us to their friends and family.

We REALLY appreciate it when so many of you tell us that you gave our information to someone, but often, we never hear from them. We have found that people lose the information, or are so busy that they don't have time to call :(. So we defined an introduction as sending us the contact information for someone that is looking to buy or sell a home in the next 6-12 months. The best thing to do is to tell your friend, family member or co-worker that we will be reaching out to them to give them some free information about buying or selling a home. People love it because we are coming from a place of contribution & providing value. We will be sending them some tips about getting their home ready to sell and/ or home buying information. Another way for it to count as an introduction is if you send us and your friend an email with everyone’s contact information and a quick introduction. Don’t worry, we are NOT pushy or in their face.
